NICK Jonas and Priyanka Chopra appear to have renovated their lavish California mansion.

The couple, who married in 2018, reside in the Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles with their two-year-old daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.

Nick and Priyanka’s house lavish home has been covered in scaffolding for a while as they appeared to make improvements on their roof.

The stars’ house was shown to be near completion in aerial shots.

Priyanka and Nick were forced to move out of their $20 million dream home after it was overtaken by a huge mold infestation.

They purchased the house in 2019 before it became “virtually unliveable,” in January according to Page Six.

The property contained “porous waterproofing,” which caused “mold contamination and related issues,” read a lawsuit filed at the time.

It was declared dangerous and the couple was forced to move out for repairs.

The house has seven bedrooms and features an indoor basketball court and a private movie theater.

The lawsuit also detailed that the couple was looking for compensation money due to the structural issues.

“In the alternative, plaintiff should be reimbursed for all costs of repair, plus compensation for the loss of use and other damages caused by defendants’ conduct,” read the documents.

The waterproofing problems are expected to cost more than $1.5 million, and the estimated general damages were around $2.5 million.

Since the discovery in February, Nick and Priyanka have been living elsewhere in an undisclosed property.

Their $20 million house is still currently under renovation but appears to be nearing completion.

MAKING CHANGES

One side of the house is still completely covered in scaffolding with stairs that lead to the roof.

The house has been painted a bright white and a huge balcony wraps around the back.

Several temporary structures, including porta potties, have been erected in the driveway.

Cars were also parked in the driveway, with construction workers present.

A flat section of the roof looked to be newly tiled and turned into an outdoor area.

The top of the house had also been retiled in an attempt to fix the mold problem.

Nick and Priyanka’s outdoor pool had been completely drained, exposing its gray tiles.

Despite the apparent progress, the couple has not confirmed when they will move back in.

BUNDLE OF JOY

Nick and Priyanka moved to ensure the safety of their young daughter, who would have been at risk.

The baby girl was born on January 15, 2022, and spent her first four months in a neonatal intensive care unit.

Nick gushed over the tot in an Instagram post, sharing the news that she was finally home in May 2022.

“On this Mother’s Day we can’t help but reflect on these last few months and the rollercoaster we’ve been on, which we now know, so many people have also experienced,” he wrote.

“After 100 plus days in the NICU, our little girl is finally home. Every family’s journey is unique and requires a certain level of faith, and while ours was a challenging few months, what becomes abundantly clear, in retrospect, is how precious and perfect every moment is.

“We are overjoyed that our little girl is finally home, and just want to thank every Doctor, nurse and specialist at Rady Children’s La Jolla and Cedar Sinai, Los Angeles, who were there selflessly every step of the way. Our next chapter begins now, and our baby is truly a badass. Let’s get it MM! Mommy and Daddy love you.”
