The Chicago Blackhawks are stacked with talent, as two of their prospects, Oliver Moore and Jiri Felcman, were rewarded with medals at the World Junior Championships.
The Blackhawks gave permission and sent away both prospects to the IIHF World Junior Championships, and the return was huge, they age came home with a medal.
Team USA has won the 2024-25 World Junior Champions, making this their second year in a row winning the Goal Medal. This was also the first time in history of the World Junior Championships for USA to win back-to-back years.

This overtime victory was all thanks to Nashville Predators prospect, Teddy Stiga, who’s first goal of the tournament was the Golden Goal!

This victory leaves Chicago Blackhawks prospect, Oliver Moore, with a Gold Medal from this tournament. He played a massive role as a depth player on the USA team and is loaded with talent.
This prospect not only excels in his own end, he has outstanding elite speed, is an impeccable penalty killer and can chip in offensively with ease.
Moore played a huge factor in this win for USA and these complementary characteristics, along with his excellent teammates, led them to deservingly win the Gold Medal.
Oliver Moore is not the only Blackhawks prospect going home with a medal.
Team Czechia third-line center, Jiri Felcman, won a Bronze Medal in shootout against Team Sweden, a huge competitor, in the World Junior Championships.
These two remarkable players have a bright future ahead of them.
With these Chicago Blackhawks prospects making a huge impact in this incredible tournament, we can expect a bright future for the Hawks.
Although, the Hawks continue to adjust their current roster, we can believe that Moore and Felcman will create a strong presence in the team when the time comes.
