Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift weren’t handing out candy to trick-or-treaters on Halloween night.
In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, the NFL star had his Kansas City, Mo., home surrounded by caution tape Tuesday to seemingly keep visitors away amid the holiday festivities.
The tape could be seen completely enclosing the athlete’s front yard while children dressed in costume walked by with bags of candy.
According to the outlet, a security guard told trick-or-treaters and their parents, “Nobody’s home today.”
Reps for Kelce and Swift did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

It’s unclear whether the tight end and the “Lavender Haze” singer — who arrived back in Kansas City Monday — were actually holed up inside the $1 million pad.
Page Six confirmed last month that Kelce, 34, purchased a new $6 million mansion inside a gated community in a bid for more privacy amid his newfound romance with the Grammy winner, 33.
According to Zillow, the luxe home features six bedrooms and six bathrooms, plus a waterfall, swimming pool and mini golf course.
While Taylor Swift landed in Kansas City on Monday, it appears the two opted to keep things low-key for the holiday.
It is unclear whether the couple was staying at Kelce’s $1 million mansion or holed up at his newly purchased $6 million estate.
The real estate site listed the home sale as “pending” on Oct. 8 — two weeks after Swift’s first appearance at Arrowhead Stadium to cheer on the football player.
