NBA legend Michael Jordan’s son, Marcus Jordan, found himself being arrested in Florida after he got his vehicle stuck on train tracks in the early hours of Tuesday.
Jordan reportedly said he got stuck after making a wrong turn. The front of his car was covered in rocks, his tires were buried almost halfway, and the back bumper was damaged.
The officers who encountered Jordan said he had “red bloodshot and glassy eyes,” and there was a smell of alcohol coming from the Lamborghini SUV. He would allegedly admit he had “some drinks” while spending time at “a few venues in Winter Park and Casselberry.”

Police also found a “clear plastic baggie with a white powdery substance” in one of his pockets.
The 34-year-old was arrested and charged with DUI, cocaine possession, and resisting arrest without violence.
However, this was just the start of Marcus Jordan’s night.
Once inside a DUI testing facility in Orange County, the former UCF basketball guard was allegedly “loud, profane and belligerent” and exhibited a “sarcastic, patronizing attitude towards” officers.
A new police report obtained by TMZ Sports states Marcus Jordan belligerently demanded officers play some music.
“Officials also allege in the documents that Marcus fidgeted ‘constantly,’ ‘talked incessantly,’ and got ‘agitated and confrontational when given commands or asked questions,’” TMZ wrote.
Cops stated he asked the facility to “play some holiday music or some s—?” before adding, “Play some Mariah Carey up in this bitch.”
Marcus Jordan Allegedly Tried to Use Father’s Name to Avoid Arrest
Marcus Jordan, the 34-year-old son of NBA legend Michael Jordan, recently found himself in legal trouble—and reportedly tried to use his father’s name to get out of it. According to a report from the New York Post, Marcus was arrested on multiple charges, including cocaine possession and resisting an officer without violence.
During the incident, Marcus allegedly attempted to talk his way out of the situation by reminding officers of his famous father. “Bro, I’m Marcus Jordan. I’m Michael Jordan’s son,” he told them. “I’m not doing anything wrong. I’m just trying to get home. And I made a wrong turn, OK?”
Despite his efforts, the officers were not swayed, and he was taken into custody. The incident quickly gained attention, as Marcus is well-known not just for being the son of the Chicago Bulls legend but also for his high-profile relationship with Larsa Pippen, the ex-wife of his father’s former teammate, Scottie Pippen.
As the second-eldest child of the basketball icon, Marcus has spent much of his life in the public eye, often leveraging his family name in business ventures, including his sneaker store, Trophy Room. However, this time, it seems his father’s name wasn’t enough to keep him out of trouble.
While further details about the case continue to emerge, this latest controversy has only added to the growing list of headlines surrounding the Jordan family.
