Taylor Swift suffered a wardrobe mishap on Thursday night as she continued her US Eras tour with a performance at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.
The hitmaker, 33, was performing new song Anti Hero on stage in a bejewelled purple dress when the matching garter on her leg appeared to break and almost fell off.
But handling the mishap smoothly, she managed to dance over to her backing singers and ask them for help whilst still singing.
The on-stage singers got to work to help out, as Taylor managed to keep performing and fittingly sang the line: ‘I end up in crisis’.
Taking to social media to share clips of the moment, many fans lauded the star for remaining a ‘true professional’ throughout the blunder.

Taylor Swift is branded a ‘true professional’ by fans as she manages to smoothly repair a wardrobe malfunction on stage during her Eras tour
In clips from the show, Taylor can be seen making her way to the back up singers and hoisting her leg up, mouthing that the garter was falling.
The singer managed to turn to the audience and continue to raise her hands into the air as they fixed it for her.
Many concert attendees shared clips of the moment to social media, with one writing; ‘@Taylorswift13 being an absolute pro handling her garter malfunction during the show tonight!’
‘Taylor Swift again handled professionally her broken garter in her concert in Tampa,’ wrote another.
A third echoed: ‘She is such an absolute professional & those back up didn’t miss a single note’.
The wardobe trouble wasn’t the only mishap during Taylor’s show either, which some fans hilariously dubbed ‘The errors tour’.
She was also forced to laugh off another blunder during the section where she is meant to dive through a gap in the stage.
The gap took longer than usual to appear on the stage floor, which left her waiting on stage as she laughed the moment off.

She took to Tampa for three nights of sold out shows following the news of her split from boyfriend Joe Alwyn emerging.
The Grammy winner reached out on social media to debrief her fans following the shows, writing: ‘Still buzzing from those 3 shows in Tampa!!!’
‘Thank you to the unforgettably epic crowds and to @aarondessner for coming out to play twice with me, we’ve been dreaming about that for so long!! So grateful for the memories we’re making on this tour’
The superstar turned off comments on the post, which received more than 4.5 million likes after it was published.
It came after Taylor and Joe’s romance began to struggle over their career differences as the superstar’s career overshadowed her beau’s once the pandemic ended, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed last week.
The Anti-Hero hitmaker and the Brit actor, 32, shocked fans with the revelation they had gone their separate ways after six years last week – with a source close to the star saying Joe had struggled to get his career off the ground, driving a wedge between the pair, especially as Taylor headed back on tour.
The source told DailyMail.com: ‘The bottom line for the difficulties in their relationship was that Taylor’s career took priority over Joe’s – which can be awkward for a couple when it’s not balanced.
‘This drove them apart and ultimately, they both realized they were not on the same page anymore.
‘It was easier during the pandemic when it was just the two of them, but once things returned to normal, Taylor Swift the superstar emerged, and their differences were even more apparent.
‘They really made a go of it and tried everything they could but ultimately were unable to save the relationship.
