Former WWE NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose has been released from the professional wrestling organization. This surprising move came one day after she dropped the championship on NXT television.

According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, the release is due to the content of Mandy Rose’s FanTime page, which featured very risky photos and videos of Rose. “WWE officials felt they were put in a tough position based on the content she was posting on her FanTime page,” explained Sapp. “They felt like it was outside of the parameters of her WWE deal.”

Soon after the news, a video would pop up online showing the type of content that got her released by the WWE. It featured Rose in a swimming pool and not wearing a top.

Even though she never exited the water, her boobs and nipples could be seen clear as day.

Rose likely knew she was pushing the envelope with some of the alleged material and just maybe she was trying to get out of her contract so she would be fully free to do what she wants. She already has a massive following and this business venture on the side can be her way to make huge amounts of money without taking all the bumps and bruises of wrestling.

The 32-year-old had been with the company since 2015 after taking part in the sixth season of Tough Enough. She made her main roster debut in late 2017.

Rose dropped the NXT Championship to Roxanne Perez on Tuesday’s edition of NXT.
