To say that the Los Angeles Clippers have had better days in the Kawhi Leonard-Paul George era would be a massive understatement.

Two weeks ago, the Clippers landed All-Star guard James Harden in a blockbuster trade with the Philadelphia 76ers. Obviously, LA firmly believed that the 2018 league MVP would serve as one of the final pieces of a championship puzzle.

But the Clippers have lost all four of their games with Harden, who hasn’t been able to find chemistry with Leonard, George or longtime teammate Russell Westbrook. And a new viral video from the team’s loss to the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday sums up the Clippers’ frustrations all too well.

In a clip posted by the @legendz_nba X account, a frustrated Leonard is seen telling Ivica Zubac, “You’re just standing…get down there.” And then when Westbrook learns that he’s being subbed out in favor of Harden, the 2017 league MVP utters, “Damn.”

Indeed, team morale certainly isn’t high for Leonard and company right now.

Sunday’s loss to Memphis dropped the championship hopeful Clippers to 3-6 through their first nine games. Losers of five in a row, the Clippers will try to rebound when they visit the defending NBA Champion Denver Nuggets on Tuesday night.

Through his first four games with the Clippers, Harden has averaged 13.5 points, five rebounds and 4.3 assists per contest.
