MLB Fans Are Losing Their Minds Over Spencer Strider’s Disgusting New Curveball That Is Virtually Unhittable (VIDEO)

Baseball fans are at a loss for words over the filthy new curveball that Atlanta Braves pitcher Spencer Strider displayed in Thursday’s spring training game.

Last week, the Braves’ ace was seen working on a new curveball during a practice session. Strider got to put his new pitch to use against the Minnesota Twins in Thursday’s spring training game, and the 25-year-old did not disappoint.

In the video below, you can see Strider making easy work of Minnesota Twins’ batter Trevor Larnach. Strider wound up striking out the side in the top half of the second inning:

And baseball fans were left in total awe over Strider’s disgusting new pitch:

Strider finished the day with three scoreless innings pitched, allowing only two hits while striking out five. At this point, it’s safe to say that the NL Cy Young candidate is more than ready for the regular season which is still a month away.

The 6-foot-tall, 195-pound Strider is coming off a career year in which he led the NL in wins (20) and strikeouts (281). Strider only lost five decisions and allowed just 58 walks against those 281 strikeouts in 186.2 innings pitched.

Strider finished fourth in NL Cy Young voting, with Blake Snell of the San Diego Padres taking the crown. Strider’s Braves are aiming to win their seventh straight NL East division title this season, as well as the franchise’s second World Series in four years.
