We gave this movie a rating of 2.5/5 stars. Our in-house critic wrote, “Banerjee’s film aims to capture how all of us have been the dreaded ‘c’ words – content creators. Yet the film has its moments when it establishes the struggles each one undergoes, be it of gender, sexual or class. Towards the end of the film, LSD 2 also has its take on artificial intelligence (AI) which is disturbing to say the least. It’s a future we should hope to avoid. Overall, the provocative feature aims to take on too much and ends being impersonal in many ways. The second story on Lavina and Kulu which slowed down its pace from the others was where the film found time to breathe and connect. That can’t be said about the entire film.”
