Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James ripped the NFL following a strange controversy relating to a suspended cameraman.
20-year-old videographer Kevin Fitzgibbons, a student at the University of Miami, has formed a close friendship with Miami Dolphins star wide receiver Tyreek Hill. Unfortunately for Fitzgibbons, that friendship may have cost him his NFL credentials. Permanently.
In a video posted on his social media page, Fitzgibbons announced that the NFL suspended him for the rest of the 2023 season for participating in Hill’s touchdown celebration in Week 6 against the Carolina Panthers.

Fitzgibbons added that the suspension could be permanent. A remarkably classy Fitzgibbons ended the video by thanking the NFL for the opportunity, adding that he hopes to get another chance to do what he loves.
Per TMZ, the Lakers’ superstar didn’t hold back in ripping the the NFL on his Instagram story:
It’s obviously an unfortunate development for a young man who’s living out his career dream. Just about anybody in Fitzgibbons’ position at 20 years of age would enjoy participating in Hill’s touchdown celebration there.
Perhaps with a prominent athlete like James speaking out against the suspension, coupled with the ongoing backlash the NFL is receiving, Fitzgibbons will have his credentials restored.
The 29-year-old Hill is having a career year in South Beach, racking up 88 receptions for 1,324 yards and 10 touchdowns through Miami’s first 11 games.
