Yankees star slugger Aaron Judge has made his modeling debut by posing for Ralph Lauren’s new fragrance campaign ahead of the start of the 2024 MLB season later this month.

The 31-year-old, record holder of the most homeruns in a single season (62) in AL history shared his delight at being the poster boy for ‘Polo Est. 67’ eau de toilette on Thursday, highlighting his admiration for the brand while growing up.

Judge said: ‘Ralph Lauren is all about the American dream. As a brand I’ve always admired and dreamed of working with, it was an honor to collaborate with them — and no less, on a fragrance campaign that’s centered around designing your dreams through determination and grit.

‘That is a message that really resonates with my in my baseball career and in my life.’

The new $108 fragrance embodies a warm vibrance with a unique blend of fresh and fruity notes of citrus, vetiver and sun-drenched bergamot combined with sweet pineapple accord.

‘In both the world of sport and world of fragrance, it’s passion that sets things apart,’ said Ralph Lauren, Executive Chairman and Chief Creative Officer, adding that ‘Aaron Judge’s genuine love for baseball embodies what I most believe in — a commitment to excellence and the art of doing what you love.’

The brand’s sporty new scent will be placed for sale on the aisles of major stores and retailers on Thursday. It’ll also be available for purchase on Ralph Lauren’s website.

Judge – a five-time MLB All-Star – could be back in the Yankees’ lineup on Saturday after being ruled out of spring training games this week with abdominal discomfort.

The outfielder hasn’t taken on-field batting practice or hit in a game since Sunday. He had an MRI on Monday.

New York manager Aaron Boone intends to have Judge to play center field Saturday against Toronto. Judge is more focused on the March 28 opener against the Astros in Houston.

‘We’re in no rush,’ Judge said Thursday. ‘In the season, I’m definitely in there right now but our goal is March 28.’

Boone said batting practice on Friday for Judge is a possibility. The Yankees play the Pittsburgh Pirates in a pre-season game that day.
