Meanwhile, Jalen Hood-Schifino (left hamstring strain), Jarred Vanderbilt (right foot surgery recovery), and Christian Wood (left knee surgery recovery) are ruled out.

Following the game, Davis openly criticized the officiating for a controversial offensive foul called against him while he was setting a screen on Aaron Holiday.

“The last play, it was a terrible call. Holiday was grabbing my arm. The ref said I grabbed him and threw him to the ground, bt I was setting a screen on him, and he was flopping. He grabbed my arm and fell down, and they called an offensive foul,” Davis said.

The sequence occurred during the fourth quarter of the game. LeBron James had just hit a clutch three-pointer that could have shifted the momentum in the Lakers’ favor. However, the officials nullified the basket, calling the offensive foul on Davis.
