After the final season of the show, the star found fame and fortune through many different endeavors in her blooming career, where the latest adventure she has found herself in is Marvel Studios’ mini-series Secret Invasion. And while everyone who has seen the show until now has been enjoying it, Clarke on the other hand has some haunting memories from the time she started filming or it, more specifically, with the company’s security team.

During her time shooting for the iconic and prestigious HBO fantasy series Game Of Thrones, Emilia Clarke was the poster girl and the face of the entire franchise for playing the role of Daenerys Targaryen, the Mother Of Dragons. Therefore, when the cases of episode information leaks started to rise in volume and frequency, she was most dejected by the phenomenon as it meant the public would not be able to enjoy it as the production intended. To not repeat the same case of leaked information, when Marvel Studios’ security team talked with her, she was terrified.

In a recent interview, the Solo: A Star Wars Story star talked about the stringent security policies that Marvel Studios deploys for none of their behind-the-scenes information to get leaked to the public, for which, it strictly advises the stars to not disclose more than necessary. When she was being briefed about this by the security team of the company, she received a brief that terrified her so much that she felt her life would be in danger if she even mistakingly revealed something about her then-upcoming show. She said:

“I’ll tell you what, it’s so much easier now because whenever it comes up or people want to ask, you just get to be like, ‘Dude, Marvel. I can’t say anything,’ I was like, ‘I think a man’s going to come and kill me if I say anything,’”

In fact, she was so scared that she removed her sim card from her smartphone when she had just begun shooting for the series, and so far, those security tactics have worked flawlessly.
