Eminem lost a large amount of money when selling this villa – The reason behind

Eminem, a 15-time Grammy winner, bought a $4.75 miℓℓio𝚗 Rochester Hills, Michigan mansion in 2003, one year after starring in 8 Mile. According to Trulia, the 44-year-old listed the property for $2 miℓℓio𝚗 14 years later.

His 17,500-square-foot estate lies on 5.7 acres in the northern suburbs of Metropolitan Detroit, where he grew up. The entry has a stone façade and a terrace. The kitchen has a breakfast nook, limitless cabinet space, and thin wood paneling on the ceiling.

Another room has a vaulted ceiling with thin paneling and big windows and glass French doors on most of the walls. The residence offers five bedrooms with private bathrooms and two full and three half-baths.

A waterfall pool, spa, and patio surround the backyard. The yard is private and has a circular cabana with glass walls and a kitchenette. The partly wooded property has a guardhouse, five-car garage, tennis and basketball courts with gazebos, and enough nighttime illumination. The large property has a private pond and a guesthouse with a game area.
