Emilia Clarke was seen filming for the upcoming Marvel television miniseries Secret Invasion at The Piece Hall in Halifax on Thursday.

The actress, 35, whose character’s name is yet to be announced, was joined by co-star Kingsley Ben-Adir as they jumped into a vintage car.

She wore a blue padded jacket as she shielded herself from the cold before taking it off to reveal a hot pink canvas jacket with a tie-dye top layered underneath.

The former Game Of Thrones star looked like she meant business in a pair of baggy cargo trousers and black leather boots as she walked away from an explosion scene.

Emilia sported lashings of black eyeliner for her Tomboyish ensemble whilst Kingsley looked smart in an all-black outfit with Nike Dunk trainers.

Outside of filming, he added a longline padded jacket as she drank a hot drink with members of the production team to warm up.

Earlier this week, the duo were seen in Leeds as they were joined by Marvel legend Samuel L Jackson, who is set to reprise his role as Nick Fury.

Cobie Smulders who will play S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Maria Hill and Ben Mendelsohn who will star as the leader of a Skrull sect and an ally of Nick, Talos were also seen for the first time on set.

The show which will act as a direct sequel to the 2019 film Captain Marvel, which also starred Samuel as a younger version of the S.H.I.E.L.D. agent.

The show follows shapeshifting aliens known as the Skrulls who have infiltrated all aspects of life on earth.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the show will use Captain Marvel as a launch pad and focus on the agent Fury and a Skrull played by Ben Mendelsohn.

Kyle Bradstreet, who helmed the acclaimed Mr Robot, will act as writer and executive producer.
