Deepika Padukone claims beats Priyanka Chopra to become the SEXIEST Asian Woman. As per a UK poll, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra are the 𝑠eđ‘„iest Asian women of the year.

UK-based publication Eastern Eye has released a list of “50 Sexiest Asian Women” after a poll was conducted in the UK. According to the poll, Deepika Padukone has topped the list of 𝑠eđ‘„iest Asian women and Priyanka Chopra has found the second spot.

Calling 2018 a “dream year” for Deepika, courtesy her stunning Cannes appearance and her wedding to Ranveer, Asjad Nazir, the newspaper’s Entertainment Editor shared his thoughts on Deepika and her top ranking. He said, “Apart from being the undisputed queen of Bollywood and a strikingly beautiful star, what really makes Deepika Padukone special is how big her heart is and how grounded she has remained throughout her remarkable rise.”

“Deepika’s humility has been inspirational and the way she makes a positive impact through raising awareness about mental health is showing everyone that being yourself and letting your inner light shine is the new 𝑠eđ‘„y,” he said.

Last year, Priyanka was crowned the 𝑠eđ‘„iest Asian woman. While she couldn’t retain the top spot, the Quantico actress took the second spot in the list. The actress, who recently married Nick, has had a good year as well. She wrapped the filming of Isn’t It Romantic? and kick-started work on The Sky Is Pink, her Bollywood movie.

The third place was taken by Indian television actress Nia Sharma. “As much as I want to hide my excitement right now, I cannot help but smile brightly and let out a big hurray because it truly feels awesome,” said Sharma, referring to her third spot.

Pakistani actress Mahira Khan came in fourth and Indian TV star Shivangi Joshi was ranked fifth. Others in the top ten list featured Alia Bhatt (6), Sonam Kapoor (7), Hina Khan (8), Katrina Kaif (9) and Niti Taylor (10).
