Comments Offon Chris Brown Shades Megan Thee Stallion For Copying His Recent Meet-And-Greets
The R&B singer and dancer took to Instagram to share his thoughts about other artists doing similar meet and greets.
Chris Brown wrote:
“IM HAPPY THAT MY MEET AND GREETS ARE STARTING TO INSPIRE ARTIST TO ACTUALLY GIVE A FUCK ABOUT THEIR FANS.. I didn’t invent the wheel or meets and greets but I damn sure set the tone.”
This response came days after Megan was pictured having her meet-ups with fans at the Rockefeller Center in New York City.
Megan’s fans, the Hotties, were allowed to meet the “Savage” rapper as long as they purchased a physical copy of her new album Traumazine.
Breezy fans, however, had to fork up $1000 to meet him, causing controversy.
DID MEGAN THEE STALLION COPY ANOTHER CREATOR’S WORK?
While being shaded by Chris Brown, the Texas mogul is also getting backlash from her recently dropped album, Traumazine.
The album has been experiencing mixed reviews, and many fans have been calling out the lead single, “HER.”
After the music video was released yesterday, Twitter users have more reason to compare it to Todrick Hall’s 2020 song, “Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels.”
Chris Brown Gets Candid About Ghostwriting
Breezy Breaks It Down
In a recent interview, Chris Brown broke down the difference between R&B and hip-hop when it comes to “ghostwriting.”
Comments Offon Chris Brown Gets Candid About Ghostwriting
As a singer and songwriter for multiple genres, Chris Brown knows a thing or two about ghostwriting.
While being interviewed on “Drink Champs,” he broke down the difference between R&B and hip-hop when it comes to ghostwriting:
“What are we listening to you for?” said Brown. The “No Guidance” artist was referring to rappers who use ghostwriters to tell false stories in their rap lyrics that were written by someone else.
Songwriters for other genres have existed for decades, but throughout the history of rap music, having someone write your lyrics has been looked down upon and many feel that rappers should be shunned for doing so.
Later, he unapologetically admitted to having many co-writers and fully welcomes them. During one comment referring to when he sings, he said:
“They can write it, but who’s gonna sing it like me?”
This was in reference to his known stage presence and vocals.
DROPPING HEAT IS A BREEZE
It’s pretty clear that Chris Brown has no problem writing for either genre. He dropped his new album, Breezy, on June 24. This is the tenth studio album by the Virginia-born rapper.
The new project is also Chris’ first album since 2019’s Indigo. The 24-track album includes features from Lil Wayne, H.E.R., Wizkid, Jack Harlow, Bryson Tiller, Ella Mai, and more.

ODUFUWA FALSELY REPORTS SHE’S MARRIED TO CHRIS BROWN
A video has surfaced of Portia Odufuwa, who was spotted walking in and out of a Dallas airport bathroom before deciding to shoot at the ceiling, causing travelers to scatter.
Police wonder how she got the firearm in the first place since the shooter was banned for years from obtaining a legal gun.
Furthermore, Odufuwa claimed she was married to Chris Brown and gave the cops further information on where the singer lived.
Odufuwa also has a rough history with the law, including robbing a bank, arson, and getting arrested for lying to law enforcement.
The arson case came about when Odufuwa admitted to starting the fire when cops arrived at the scene.
Last year, a judge by the name of Kristin Wade found Odufuwa incompetent to stand before the judges and requested a mental evaluation.
Police resulted in shooting the 37-year-old woman who was later taken to the hospital and is expected to recover eventually.
Odufuwa once told police:
“I am God’s prophet, and I need an attorney, but I’m basically letting you all know that I am the cause of this fire.”
CHRIS BROWN CALLS THE DOUBLE STANDARD AGAINST BRITTNEY GRINER
Breezy took to social media to share his thoughts on the detainment of WNBA player Brittney Griner and the hypocritical double standards of her situation.
He wrote in a now-deleted Instagram story:
“It’s not my business. But….it’s Fucked up what they doing to @brittneyyevettegriner Brittney Griner … IF THIS WAS A MALE STAR ATHLETE YOU WOULD HAVE BE WAY MORE VOCAL AND HELPFUL. THAT SHIT LAME AS FUCK. ♥. I WISH I COULD REALLY HELP HER OUT.”
