After attending his daughter Ira Khan’s wedding ceremony with Nupur Shikhare and hosting a star-studded wedding reception for the newlyweds, Aamir Khan jetted off to Kutch.
Aamir Khan traveled to Kutch to express condolences and stand in solidarity with his close friend Mahavir Chad, who recently lost his daughter. Aamir recently chartered a plane to visit Kutch, Gujarat, extending support to his friend Mahavir Chad’s family.

 

Unfortunately, Mahavir Chad’s daughter passed away in a road accident in Kotai village. A video of Aamir’s visit is circulating on social media.

Aamir Khan expressed his sorrow upon learning the tragic news. Dana Bhai, a close friend from Kotai village near Bhuj, had supported them during the filming of ‘Lagaan,’ creating a family-like bond. The untimely loss of Dana Bhai’s daughter in an accident deeply saddened Aamir, prompting his unexpected visit to offer condolences and support to the grieving family.

Aamir further added that upon hearing the heartbreaking news while in the South, he adjusted his plans and came to offer support. Acknowledging life’s unpredictability, he emphasized the challenges everyone faces during such sorrowful moments. In times of grief, he wanted to stand by his friend, sit with him, and provide comfort, recognizing the profound difficulty parents endure when losing a child.

 

Aamir Khan flies to Gujarat to console grieving friend after tragic loss

Aamir Khan, known for his recent role in Laal Singh Chaddha with Kareena Kapoor Khan, is now focusing on his upcoming project, Sitaare Zameen Par. This exciting sports drama, directed by RS Prasanna, is set to commence shooting in February and will also star Genelia Deshmukh.

At the same time, Aamir Khan is gearing up for the production of Lahore: 1947 in February, a partition drama directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and featuring Sunny Deol in the lead role. The film’s preparations have begun in Mumbai, focusing on recreating the historical era. Multiple elaborate sets portraying India during the partition are currently under construction.
